Nature is a system. Organizations are also systems. The difference is that nature has been evolving as a system with an understanding of resilience, sustainability, adaptability and balance - for billions of years. We have a deep resource here to take pause and listen, to cultivate these life-growing qualities in our human-made systems. We take a pause from all the “doing” to appreciate the “being”. Through listening to nature, we can receive insights and inspiration, while also feeling more connected to ourselves, to each other, and to the greater system we are all part of.

This journey can be done during transition periods of an organization, to support a team in finding a new way forward, or simply to be inspired. Each visioning quest is customized based on the process and needs of the organization or team.

The four elements - fire, water, earth and air - become our consultants as we bring our questions, concerns, reflections and challenges. We look back to where we have been, where we stand now, and where we want to move to.

The time frame ranges from 2.5 hours to a full day.
